What Is Cultural Effect?

Every group has a culture - a systematic manner or method by which wisdom is gained or shared. And whether it is based in a national or ancestral bond, or a global corporation, or a sports team, the culture is a strong force of nature in guiding decisions, agreements, and relationships.

Engaging with the subjects of the culture - the people within who are simultaneously bound by it, and variously influential on it's direction - to make methodical, positive, and intentional changes to it is a practice of organizational development.

Making changes to produce more positive, productive, and desirable outcomes is a Cultural Effect.
